Darryl Baum

Darryl Baum was a friend of Mike Tyson and also served as his bodyguard. He was killed in June 2000.

He was a gang member and was involved in drug trafficking and racketeering. He was murdered in a drug war with kingpin Damion (World) Hardy.

He was shot nine times outside 50 Cent’s grandmother’s home. The bullets entered his left hand, arm, hip, legs and chest.

The murder occurred on Reid Avenue and Hancock Street in Brooklyn, at a construction site. Dwayne Meyers and Abubakr Abdur Raheem were charged with the crime.

The rapper was shot outside of his grandmother’s house in Brooklyn, New York 9 times with a gun that had a 9mm barrel. He was severely injured as bullets entered his legs, hips, chest, lower stomach, and left cheek.

He was also a member of a gang called the Cash Money Brothers (CMB) and was involved in the drug business. The CMB members controlled crack sales in the area around the “L.G.” – the Lafayette Gardens housing project in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

He was charged with six murders and racketeering charges. He was convicted and given six life sentences on April 29, 2015.

He was a drug dealer

Darryl baum was a drug dealer who had been arrested multiple times. He was known for his bold acts during the crack era in Brooklyn.

He was also a close friend of former boxer Mike Tyson.

As a result, he was paid to be a bodyguard by Tyson. But he was killed soon after that.

While in prison, Hardy ordered CMB members to murder his cousins Darryl Baum, James Hamilton, Tyrone Baum and Ivery Davis, and another CMB member named Granton Moore (Granton). This crime was committed to exact revenge for the death of his brother, Myron Hardy, a rival drug dealer in a Brooklyn housing project.
