Oksana Emelianenko

Introduction 

Fedor Emelianenko and Oksana Emelianenko met during their school days. While working as a counselor at a pioneer camp in the Ukraine, Oksana helped her boyfriend recover from a competition by taking care of his abrasions. The two married in 1999 and have three children together. In 2006, they divorced. The couple’s son, Alex, is still alive and works as a freelance journalist.

Background 

Fedor melianenko was born in 1976 in the city of Rubizhne, Luhansk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union. In 1978, when he was two, his family moved within the Soviet Union to Stary Oskol, Belgorod of the Russian SFSR.His mother, Olga Fedorovna, was a teacher, and his father, Vladimir Alexandrovich, was a welder.

Early Interests 

At age 11, Emelianenko began to practice Sambo and Judo under the tutelage of Vasily Ivanovich Gavrilov. A year later, he was admitted to sport classes taught by Vladimir Voronov, a coach who worked with him. According to Voronov, Emelianenko did not stand out from his peers initially but would achieve future success thanks to his own perseverance and hard work for many years. Voronov died in August 2020 due to complications caused by coronavirus.

Divorce

After her military service, Emelianenko married Oksana. They were friends from school. They divorced in 2006. They had another daughter, Vasilisa, on 29 December 2007. Then, in October 2009, Emelianenko married Marina. The aspiring boxer is an Orthodox Christian and attends the church of St. Nicholas in Stary Oskol, Belgorod, Russia. In her wedding ceremony, the bride and groom asked archdeacon Andrey Zheleznyakov to perform a piece about their faith.

Oskana’s Profession

Emelianenko has been a member of the Russian MMA Union since October 2018. She has served as a deputy in the Belgorod Regional Duma for five years. She married her second husband, Marina, in October 2009. She is an Orthodox Christian and is a parishioner at St. Nicholas’ church in Stary Oskol, Russia. Her husband is a Russian soldier and their daughter was born during his service.

Second Wife

The divorced couple had a daughter, Masha. They separated in 2006. After divorce he married his long term girlfriend with whom he has two children. Despite their turbulent life, Emelianenko has remained a practicing Orthodox Christian. he is a parishioner of St. Nicholas Church in Stary Oskol. He requested a special entrance theme song for his wedding, and it was played by the Episcopal Choir of Belgorod.

Return to First Wife

According to source it has been rumored that he has returned to his first wife Oksana Emelianenko after divorcing his second wife in 2013. He remarried Oksana in 2014 and said that another marriage and divorce let you know that she was the only one. Emelianenko is currently a staff member of Russia’s Presidential Council on Physical Fitness & Sports (2012 – present).
