How rich is Alexander Herrmann?
Alexander Herrmann no longer sees himself as a simple cook, but rather as a successful entrepreneur who has many irons in the fire. He not only runs a hotel and a starred restaurant, but also a bistro. As a TV chef, the father of two was able to increase his level of awareness properly. He also gives cooking classes. His cookbooks can be found in more and more German households. He was even present at the Palazzo dinner show and the all-rounder has already gone on tour with his own cooking show. The beginning of his cooking career

The star chef is very successful as a restaurateur and now runs several restaurants. He has had the Alexander Herrmann Palazzo in Nuremberg since 2009. In 2017 two more restaurants followed in Nuremberg, the Imperial by Alexander Herrmann and the Fränk’ness on the ground floor of the same house. He also runs the Alexander Herrmann by Tobias Bätz restaurant, which has had one Michelin star since 2008 and has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2019. The Posthotel is also part of Herrmann’s company, so you can not only eat with the star chef, but also stay overnight.
Alexander Herrmann on TV and radio
From 1997 to 2004, Alexander Herrmann was a permanent member of the crew of the VOX program “Kochduell”, which is broadcast daily from Monday to Friday. From 2003 to 2006 he then received his own program entitled “Koch noch”. Whether on BR, ARD, ZDF or, since 2013, on Sat.1, Alexander Herrmann has already impressively demonstrated his skills on a wide variety of German television stations. At the TV format “The Taste” On Sat 1, Alexander Herrmann is not only a juror, alongside colleagues such as Frank Rosin, Cornelia Poletto, Roland Trettl, but also slips into the role of coach.
