A Brother Impregnates Sister

A 16-year-old girl in Lagos State has accused her elder brother of impregnating her. According to Daily Mail, she claims she was raped by her brother in the Shibiri area of Ajagbandi.

The police have arrested her brother, Oriade Rotimi, for a rape case. He is charged under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
